On the last day, participants visited historic shrines and temples in Kyoto and experienced Zen meditation to deepen their understanding of Japanese culture. We hope the participants share their experiences with their workplace colleagues to help the organization develop.

One of the management strategies in our medium-term management plan is CX (corporate transformation), providing training and opportunities for Group employees to grow as individuals and as an organization. We will continue to generate further co-creation by maximizing the individual abilities of Group employees in Japan and overseas to further our aim to be a corporate group that continues to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
