This year’s report introduces a new visualization approach, systematically mapping a The Path to Creating Corporate Value.” Within this framework, the report outlines strategies set forth in the company’s medium-term management plan, “Sail Green, Drive Transformations 2026 — A Passion for Planetary Wellbeing,” and details the key initiatives that drive our transformative efforts — all illustrated through a comprehensive logic tree.

In his message, NYK President Takaya Soga explains that steady progress under the medium-term management plan has significantly improved the quality of profits. Against a backdrop of achievements in environmental initiatives, digital transformation, and business structure reforms, the company has upwardly revised its profit forecast for fiscal 2030. President Soga also highlights efforts to strengthen capital policy and expand shareholder returns to ensure stable profit generation while pursuing sustainable growth through the creation of new value, including circular economy initiatives and next-generation energy transportation.
