NYK Appoints Country Heads in Eight European Countries and Regions
Strengthening Cross-Group Business Expansion and Regional Strategies
As from April 1, 2026 the NYK Group (NYK) has appointed Country Heads in eight European countries and regions, namely Benelux*, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, Türkiye, and the United Kingdom.
In April 2024, the NYK Group announced the appointment of Region Heads for each of its five regions — Europe (London), the Americas (Secaucus), China (Shanghai), South Asia (Singapore), and the Middle East (Dubai) — and simultaneously appointed Country Heads in 15 key countries across the South Asia and Middle East regions in order to further reinforce its global network.
Through the newly established European Country Heads, NYK aims to further stimulate cross-Group business development and support the implementation of its regional strategies in Europe.

Under the guidance and leadership of the NYK Group Europe Region Head, they will collaborate closely to enhance NYK’s presence, strengthen intra-regional networks and support new business development across Europe.
