NYK has implemented revised work-from-home measures in response to the Japanese government’s state-of-emergency declaration(SOE) .
Affected Employees: Head office and Yokohama branch office (no changes in measures for Kyushu Kansai and Nagoya branch office employees)
Period: June 22, 2021, to Aug 22, 2021 (may change according to the situation)
<Main points of measures>
・The company has ordered all staff to work from home during this period with the exception of special cases.
・Domestic and overseas business trips are to be avoided.
・Meetings with customers: Face-to-face meetings will be prohibited and replaced by online meetings as much as possible utilizing applications such as Microsoft Teams. We ask customers to refrain from visiting our offices with the exception of special cases.
