当社海外物流事業ブランド統合及びNYK Logisticsグローバルホームページ開設の件

当社は、グローバル市場におけるブランド確立と顧客サービスのさらなる向上のため、2004年1月1日より傘下物流現法の社名を"NYK Logistics"ブランドに統合いたしました。
米州では2004年1月1日より、地域統轄会社NYK Logistics (Americas) Inc.に米国内の5つの事業会社、GST Corporation, NYK Logistics (UWDC) Inc., NYK Logistics (ETA) Inc., NYK Logistics (OCS) Inc., そしてNew Wave Logistics (USA) Inc.を統合し、各事業主体を同社の一部門として位置付ける組織といたしました。
欧州では2004年1月1日をもってNew Wave Logistics、UCI LogisticsからNYK Logisticsへのブランド変更を行いました。
アジア・オセアニア地域は、既に2003年中に社名変更を済ませているNYK Logistics (Thailand), NYK Logistics (Taiwan)、NYK Logistics (Australia), そしてNYK Logistics (New Zealand)に続き、2004年1月1日よりNew Wave Logistics (Hong Kong) がNYK Logistics (Hong Kong)に、また、New Wave Logistics (Philippine)がNYK Logistics (Philippines)にそれぞれ社名変更を行いました。その他の会社につきましても一部例外を除き今後順次社名の変更を行っていく予定です。

また、当社は物流事業のブランド統合に合わせ、これまで各社が個別に持っていたホームページを統合し、新しいNYK Logisticsのグローバルホームページを開設致しました。アドレスは以下の通りです。
当社はこの度のブランド統合により、各社が培ってきた専門的なノウハウと高品質なサービスをNYK Logisticsブランドの下に結集し、ますます高度化するお客様のニーズにお応えする"Leading Global Logistics Enterprise"を目指してまいります。
