Changes to Senior Management

The board of directors at Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK) has approved changes to its lineup of directors and corporate officers. The changes to corporate officers will take place from April 1, 2009, and the lineup of directors will be submitted for approval at the 122nd ordinary general meeting of shareholders and the ensuing meeting by the board of directors, both scheduled for late June.
