Changes in Management

Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK) reached an agreement in a board meeting held today on changes to its lineup of directors and corporate officers, effective September 1 and October 1, 2008. The company also approved a new lineup of corporate officers (effective September 1, 2008). Changes are detailed below.
