NYK Opens First Warehouse in Vietnam

The NYK Group has opened its first warehouse in Vietnam. The new 14,400-square-meter warehouse is located near Hanoi and will be used to collect parts from suppliers, provide just-in-time delivery of goods to plant lines, and handle the cross-docking of import and export containers.
NYK established NYK Logistics (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. in 2007, and this subsidiary provides a variety of services, such as import and export forwarding, domestic delivery of finished cars, domestic delivery of parts, and the transport of raw materials. The new warehouse will make it possible for the company to supply a wider range of services.
