NYK Nominates Liner Agent in Novorossiysk

NYK announced the appointment of the Delo Group's Novo Orient Agency as its liner agent in the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk.
Novorossiysk is Russia's largest port in general and one of the major rapidly growing container gateways into Russia. Novo Orient Agency will be assisting NYK with developing business in the south of Russia, as well as hinterland connections from the port of Novorossiysk.
This appointment follows other strategic developments in Russia by NYK recently, as the company seeks to expand the range of transportation services it provides for customers in this key market.

The Delo Group is a large logistics group that was established in 1993. Among its many subsidiaries and affiliates is Global Container Service (GCS). The Novo Orient Agency is part of GCS.
