With effective from 1st August 2006, Agencia de Navegacao "Yat Fat" Lda. (Yat Fat) changes its name to "Agencia de Navegacao NYK Line (Macau) Limitada" in Portuguese and "NYK Line (Macau) Limited" in English. The company also adopts a new Chinese name in replacing its current name for identification purpose.

NYK Line (HK) Ltd has been holding 76% share of Yat Fat which has been an agent of NYK since 1978. Recently, NYK Line (HK) decided to purchase remaining shares and made it a wholly-owned subsidiary under NYK Group.

Basically, there is no change on the business operation of NYK Line (MACAU) Limited. It will continue its role on cargo canvassing for NYK in west of Pearl River Delta together with NYK's office at Guangzhou.

The above change of name will not affect the company's legal identity. The business address, telephone & fax number, registered office and company registration number will remain unchanged. The following is the address and contact information of the company:
