NYK-Fil, a joint venture between NYK and the Transnational Diversified Group, has consistently provided excellent, reliable manning services to the NYK Group, while upholding the welfare of seafarers and their families. NYK-Fil's basic strength lies in its flexibility to continually improve its systems and procedures in response to the challenges of a very dynamic maritime environment. In slightly over 15 years, the company has carved out a respectable position as one of the most prestigious manning companies in the Philippines.

---Transnational Diversified Group---

The Transnational Diversified Group (TDG) was established in 1976 by Mr. J. Roberto C. Delgado, the current chairman and CEO, and at present consists of more than 30 companies. Initially, the group was mainly involved in business fields such as ship management and the recruiting and training of seafarers. However, recently the group has been expanding business operations by establishing agencies for air transportation, logistics, and American Express. The number of group employees exceeds 11,000 office employees and crew members. The group has been engaged in business with NYK since TDG's establishment in 1976.
