NYK Line (Europe) Ltd opens in France

Friday 1st April sees NYK Line (Europe) Ltd extend its offices to France with NYK's own branches opening in Le Havre, Marseilles, Paris and Lyon.
From this date all enquiries regarding new NYK business in France should be directed to the relevant office:

As many former agency staff are transferring to the new NYK Line branch offices, NYK aims to ensure a smooth transition from the former agency representation. NYK Line's new General Manager for France Jean-Luc Cordouen, commented: "We are confident that the change will not result in disruption to NYK's business in France nor affect the level of service offered to our customers in France. By establishing its own branch office network, NYK is demonstrating its commitment towards expanding its business in France and we hope that this will in fact allow us to improve still further the high levels of customer service we offer currently".
The actual changeover is being managed on specific vessel basis over the next three weeks for each NYK Liner service, with local offices having full details.
NYK Line's French Branch network is the latest in a succession of European regional offices to have been set up during the last ten years. Other countries where NYK already has its own liner representation include Germany, UK, the Benelux countries, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
Worms Services Maritimes, NYK's agents in France for the last thirty years, will continue to run NYK's port operations in Fos.
