NYK to Reshuffle Top Management

NYK, at a meeting of its board of directors on February 12, decided on changes in the lineup of directors effective April 1, 2004 and approved a plan for the new lineup of directors, which will be referred to the 117th ordinary general meeting of shareholders and the ensuing meeting of the board of directors, both scheduled for late June.
1. Directors slated to retire on March 31, 2004
