October 29, 2002

Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK Line) and COSCO Shipping Co., Ltd., the only listed company (Shanghai) under the wing of the COSCO Group of China, have agreed to establish a joint venture, NYKCOS Car Carrier Company, Ltd.
