New Company Name Chosen

Previously NYK had announced its intention to consolidate its handy-size bulker business and that of Toho Shipping Co., a fully owned subsidiary of NYK, effective of October 1st, 2002.
On this occasion we are pleased to announce the name of new company. The company is to be known as:
"NYK GLOBAL BULK CORPORATION"
The company will operate around 120 handy-size bulkers, becoming one of the world's largest handy size bulk operators. The word "GLOBAL" was chosen in our expectations to further improve fleet operations and enhance our serviceability to customer's diverse needs world wide.
The new company will be located in the NYK building, Tokyo (5th floor) and Toho Shipping are presently planning to relocate to this new office on early May for the consolidation
We are looking forward to announcing it's new "logo" "flag" "funnel" sometime in the near future.
