The NYK Group asks all business units to set CSR activity goals each year and continually work to improve their activities in a PDCA cycle. This report outlines achievements in Fiscal Year 2011 and goals for Fiscal Year 2012, following the structure of the seven core subjects found in ISO 26000, which was published in November 2010.
